This present website belongs to the company under the name “COMMERCIAL IMPORTING LINEA S.A.” (Tax Registration Number 095283392) having its registered seat in Athens, at 6 Sekeri street, 10674, Greece.
These present General Terms and Conditions of Contract aim to set forth in a clear and comprehensive manner, abiding to the principles of good faith and to provisions on the validity of contracts, the terms and conditions governing the relationships between the company and any visitor or/and customer of the site and/or the Boutique, in accordance with Greek Legislation on Consumer Protection and Protection of the individual from processing of Personal Data, as in force today.
Before proceeding to navigating through the site or visiting our Boutique, we ask you to confirm that you have fully read and understood these present Terms and Conditions and that you accept them; any and all uses or/and transactions hereinafter with the company presupposes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

- Means of purchase
- – Order by phone
The Customer can place an order by phone, calling 210-3606125 & 210-3622667 every Monday, Wednesday & Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00 and Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 10:00 to 20:00.
- – Online order
The Customer can place his order via email at email@example.com and via What’s App at 6987 378 742.
- – Shopping in the Boutique
The Customer can make his purchases directly in the Boutique on the above mentioned days and hours.
- Means of Payment
The customer can pay the value of the purchased products as well as other agreed charges in the following ways:
- – By credit card
Our Boutique accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, AMERICAN EXPRESS and MAESTRO credit cards. The price is paid only at once. The customer is responsible for the correct indication and the truth of his credit card details and the Company does not bear any responsibility in case of an error.
- - By cash payment
The Customer can pay in cash the amount for his purchase, provided that this does not exceed the amount of € 499, at the cashier of the Boutique.
- – By bank deposit
The Customer can deposit the amount of his purchase in one of the Company's bank accounts:

When depositing, the Customer must indicate in the information to the beneficiary, his full name. In this case, the products of his purchase are sent after the deposit appears in the bank account of the Company.
- 4. - By PayPal
The Customer can pay the amount for his purchase by charging his PayPal account. Payments are debited from the PayPal account once the order is placed and the confirmation email has been received.
- Means of dispatch
- – By courier
For Attica, the products are delivered free of charge by our company’s driver. For the areas outside Attica, the products are sent by cooperating courier companies, free of charge, while for shipments outside Greece, the cost is borne by the Customer.
Shipments are made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Deliveries may be delayed during periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transportations and deliveries. The Company does not bear any responsibility in these cases or due to the courier company’s fault.
- – Collection from the Boutique
The Customer can collect his order from the Boutique of the Company located in Attica, at 6 Sekeri Street, 10674 in Kolonaki, during the following opening hours:
Monday / Wednesday / Saturday - 10:00-18:00
Tuesday / Thursday / Friday – 10:00-20:00
- Product return
The Customer has the right to return his purchases within (30) days. The product or products must be in the condition in which they were received, undamaged, unused, not worn, soiled or in any condition other than their original condition.
The goods are returned at their purchased price and a second change is not possible.
The products are sent for return at the responsibility and expense of the customer through the courier service of his choice. The returned products are the responsibility of the Customer until they are received by the Company. The Customer must make sure that they are carefully packed and can not be damaged during transport.
Purchases sent as gifts can be exchanged for other products, but cannot be redeemed for cash.
During the discount period, the discount items cannot be changed.
Returns received outside the Company's policy limits will not be accepted.

- - Right of withdrawal
Within 14 days from the day the Customer received the order, he has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and to request not only replacement of the product or issuance of a credit invoice, but also a refund. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the purchase. In case the right of withdrawal is exercised and a refund is requested, this will be credited to the Customer's account within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product by the Company. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for products which are not eligible for return.
- Cancellation of order
The Customer has the right to cancel or change his order, informing the Company by phone at 210-3606125, 210-3622667 or at the email address email@example.com.
- Applicable law
Any dispute that occurs between the customer and the company shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
